Mental training or sports psychology is the study of the mind and how it can affect performance in sports. As a mental performance coach I aim to improve athletic performance by instilling mental toughness and minimizing poor performances. Absolute Mental Training provides both on-line and in person mental training sessions for individual athletes, teams and coaches. My goal is to improve your overall performance, get the most out of your practice and training sessions and enjoy playing your sport.
